looking for easter decor
Now that St. Patrick’s Day is over the kids are waiting for the easter to arrive. The stores are full of lovely decorations and I did happened to visit the Cost Plus World Market again. It was full of lovely finds of all sorts. This year I am trying to start early, so that we would manage to grow the traditional grass patch for the kids to decorate with little chocolate eggs and chicklets.
This is how a good Easter grass looks like, mine has sometimes been quite sparse or even gotten molded – mind those kids watering it too much
I am breaking the traditions with these pink and blue birds I got for the twins (instead of just yellow ones)
Large wooden eggs. I used to have one like this but much smaller and it was filled with little fruit eggs every year
There buckets are so cute, although a savvy mom might want to check the Target offering as they have both metal and felt buckets for a dollar
These colourful burlap bags were also so cute
All these egg-themed wreaths and trees are my weakness
