those ever-important half celebrations

This week we celebrated the half-birthday of miss Anaïs – nothing big, but more on the fun side. She had requested again flowers, and as I love flowers too I had nothing against getting another bunch of cute, good-smelling flowers. I think there is no month in our household with at least one celebration, but it’s fun for everyone.

This time we had a little gift basket of goodies for the birthday girl, some fresh fruit and sea-themed cupcakes. And of course the entertainment factor – Youtube blasting in full a variety of birthday songs in different language for the kids to dance to. A very successful day altogether!
