the mastery of cube studio

This Fincube by Studio Aisslinger certainly looks good for a cube! Taken into account that is considered mainly as temporary accommodation I would love to see more of these cubes and less of those other ugly temporary buildings. I am thinking that if I had this on my (future) building site it would make it quite fun to be there and participate in the building process…

And even afterwards this building could work as an office, visitor accommodation, storage space, artist studio, kids play area…(it is around 500 sq ft (47m2) so pretty nice size at least on European standards as houses tend to be smaller there than in the US)

What is also great about the Fincube is that it is made of all natural materials and requires minimal soil sealing (does not require a lot of bulldozing and destroying the landscape) so all in all it looks good and is very functional. I wonder what the price is compared to the more “traditional” rectangular buildings since after all it is a design piece and made to order?
