shopping for rolling backpack

We’ve been backpack shopping – it was something I could no longer postpone as after sewing miss A’s current one it broke again – no more Hello Kitty is my conclusion: the price was higher, it was not that well-functioning and broke easily too. This time I’ve been asking friends for recommendations and it seems that no-one has by far complaints on the Pottery Bark Kids ones – so that’s what I decided to try this time.

We are of course going for the rolling version again as heavy bag is no good for a little (or even for a bit bigger) back. Poor kids, they are like camels sometimes in the morning when wheeling in the bag, lunch bag, PE kit, after-school kung-fu gear (in our case), violin and car booster seat…. So at least all the weight is not on the back and the arms!

This cutie below is what we ended up ordering, and since Pottery Barn Kids has now sale on most bags were -50% off or even more, so with such a good deal I added the monogrammed name in the deal. We certainly have one happy girl waiting for her new gear!
