miss anaïs class easter party treats – cupcakes

As miss Anaïs is in grade 1 we have no previous experience on American school parties. Anaïs class has about six publishing parties this year themed with Halloween, Valentine’s Day, Easter and so on. First they present their books, or whatever they have created for the party – this time it will be animal creations (Anaïs made a kangaroo), plus little booklet stories. Then there will be an activity – such as today’s egg painting – followed by the party treats.

The school morning started with Easter egg hunt and for the afternoon’s party I am supplying some sweet treats _ so for the kids it will be treat and tun-filled day! I am planning to take to the party yoghurt pretzels, chocolate chip cookies and these cute Easter cupcakes (none of which I made myself this time).

I thought that the cupcake idea was a great home project too – first you create your cute cupcakes and then decorate them with little Easter mementos like we have here – sheep and bunny rings and so on.
