2012 Architects in Netherlands built this modern house almost entirely out of recycled materials. Pretty hard to believe when looking at the house – it certainly does not resemble a little shack put together out of pieces found here and there (that was my image of a recycled house before seeing this one).
Beautiful wooden exterior and airy, white interior with quirky details such as light sconces made out of broken umbrellas and kitchen cabinets made out of old billboard signs. I love the ideas and the enthusiasm these people have put into building this rather eco-conscious house!
