This Laguna Beach house in California just have it all – fantastic beach views, light and airy modern construction, lovely interior… and with 8600sq ft (800m2) there is plenty of space left for the atrium theatre, gym, spa and a wine cellar as well as for the five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

This house is very modern, but it does not feel cold, which is partially thanks to soft and round curves rather than sharp edges one often sees.
