kirstey allen + floral love = maine seaside cottage

Kirstey Allen certainly loves pastels and floral patters as shown in this east coast (Maine) seaside cottage she has put up on the market. I am not sure if cottage is the right term, as this one appears to be rather big with plenty of rooms to spare. One thing is for sure – the location and house itself are lovely, but it could benefit or some neutralization – removing some of the excess pink (thinking of the kitchen ceiling), florals and frills…

The collection of jugs and vases is cute in the utility room (?), and so are the glossy wood floors everywhere. I also like the outdoor fireplace area. In general the house is great and after a coat of paint ready for the new owner to bring their decor in.
