inspiration from resort-style contemporary decor

This 70s guest cottage has been transformed into such an amazing contemporary place. It immediately makes you think of those high-end resorts with clean lines, more monochrome patterns (rather than the traditional stripes and florals in hotels), mixed with some bolder and more vibrant toss pillows and accessories.  The decor creates a consistent theme and a constant flow from one room to another by utilising similar dark wood pieces of furniture, chrome lamps and fresh greenery and flowers.

The outcome is very inviting, updated and fresh contemporary decor – I would certainly love to stay in a similar cottage!
