good villa hunting
Yes, we have visited a few houses again, and as always feel pretty disappointed. Very little garden space, houses like cardboard requiring pretty much being rebuilt, and price tags way too high. This villa is something different though, and it has such an authentic Mediterranean feel.
What is not to love with those patterned floors, high ceilings and beams, large windows and spectacular views. Yet rather than being fascinated by this house, my love is more geared towards the gardens; they areso gorgeous – and there are 28+ acres of them! Too bad that even after the $4M reduction the price still stands around $15…
