funky mid-century modern in illinois
I feel that I have been lately mainly blogging about things I have seen around (for obvious reasons as I am still touring Europe) and I wanted to find some other inspirations too. I loved this mid-century modern style house in Illinois where the upper floor is almost entirely made of windows to maximize the views of the beautiful nature.
The interior has some funky colours such as turquoise and plenty of design classic pieces scattered around. My favourite area is the staircase and the bar next to it – this gives it a bit of hotel-like feel, which is very much in fashion at the moment.
