dwell + marmol radziner = modern prefab

Prefabricated homes might not always come with the image of being modern and open, but these models from Marmol Radziner Architects/Dwell Homes collection certainly break that image. Then again, the price can hike over the $1M limit, so no cheap treats here either.

Dwell homes collection with Marmol Radziner is called Skyline. Here from the series is model 2.6 – a 6bed/4 bath -house with large decks areas

 

The Locomo series represents more cost-effective and green building style. Here is their smallest model called micro-green which comes with 1 bed/1bath

The Rincon series has been designed as single-module buildings to be used as guest house, office or vacation home, and they arrive completed with the interior finishes such as appliances and cabinets

 

The company also creates customised prefabs and here is one of them, a beautiful desert house located in Desert Hot Springs, California. It is built of 10 modules, has 2 bed/2baths in 2100 sq ft /195m2 and more than that in outdoor decking space.
