a piece of east-coast history
This historic home from 1916 in New Jersey has certainly some grandeur and poise, and that glamour of times gone by. Peach walls, glitter of gilded mirrors and ceiling frescos, all in a breathtaking environment.
A bit old-fashioned for me, but I wonder what the next owner plans to do with the house as it is going for auction in less than two weeks. A family home, small luxury hotel, or something else? Still classic in style or will it get a modern face-lift? I would love to be a fly on the wall and see what future brings for this house!
