triangle rocking chair from colmio

Colmio is upcoming design company from Finland and their products can be recognised using the arched triangle as the core of the design. Sustainable, timeliness, ergonomic and high quality are the key attributes for these products made both in Finland and Japan. The material is light birch, which is very common tree in the Northern countries.

Colmio’s designs remind me a lot of Artek, which is well-known globally for iconic classics from 60s.

I also like their wooden hammock called Calani Japan below, which also comes in black. The special ergonomic design makes it look very comfortable.
