traditional kitchen with a twist

There is something special about those kitchens that have all their gleaming pots and pans on display. It makes you think of a family-friendly place with lots of homemade meals.

More often those kitchens are rather country or cottage in style, so it is even more refreshing to see this rather modern take that mixes old and new. The units have these silver rims which so well accent the cookware and the island boldly mixes some ligher tones of blue and gold creating a lovely contrast.

I wonder where this kitchen is located as it fis a bit of an enigma to me… My guess is that the style of the house otherwise is rather classic though.
