magazines and polar express

Sometimes one needs to take an easy day when kids get sick. I had a fun day at home with Mr. H the other day – we watched his favourite the Polar Express (he’s a train fanatic), tried playing Mario Cart on Wii, napped and little – and once he settled down to his rest I got to enjoy a lovely lunch (my tuned up Kashi vegetarian pizza with some olive oil and parmesan on top was a fast and fresh delight) with new magazines which arrived that day.

A little day for the mother and son and the magazines were a lovely read this month too, so this month’s Architectural Digest and Coastal Living are definitely recommended reads!
