Some homes are beautiful because of their decor, but others have already the advantage of being special because of their designs, and then the great interior just enhances those designs. Frank Lloyd Wrights houses definitely are special when in comes to designs, and despite their age (this house was built in 1928) are still so timeless and modern-looking.

This Samuel-Novarro house in Hollywood Hills is no exception to that rule. It has some Mayan influence, which includes lush, more tropical gardens. The special little details in this property include the partially-covered and enclosed pool area, dramatic and unusual-looking windows and concrete floors (no carpets or wood to be seen here).
