inspirational living room and greenery

The source of daily inspiration today is this somewhat unusual living room. Two-storey high rooms are not the unusual bit, but rather the way this room has been constructed – it really looks like the floor was taken away between the two stories since there is panelling between the window layers. I love this sort of small-panel glass effect, and the tones of the soft furnishings.

It is also great to have such a tall plant – I wonder if the owners are going to let it reach the height of two floors eventually? And talking of the green – what also adds to the room is the lush greenery seen out of every window – surrounded by nature from every direction!
