highlights of ad & california home + design

The April issue of Architectural Digest is just fantastic. It was really hard to pick my favourite feature house, but I ended up choosing the modern Chicago waterfront home created by Peter Gluck and partners. Oh that glass-enclosed stairway, the biomorphic ceiling light in the playroom and the lake views from the indoor pool.

The California Home + Design March/April issue features this Jay Jeffers interior for a family in Pacific Heights in San Francisco. I enjoyed especially the colourful boy’s room with the gigantic map. Nice to see something else than the standard red, dark blue and brown colours for a boy’s room.
