heavenly portobello salad

I just had to post these pictures of the most delicious portobello salad the master of the house just made. Mushrooms so juicy (made in the oven), salad so fresh, pepper just ripened and topped with lovely freshly grated parmesan – that’s a home lunch made in heaven and so highly recommended as this is the mushroom season!
