XTEN Architecture has designed this sleek observation tower, which is at the same time provides plenty of solar energy.  To me this Za’abeel Park Observation (ZPO) tower in Dubai looks like a gigantic, blooming flower with a very delicate, laced stem. Unusual architecture at its best.
