eclectic roman inspiration the giambattista valli way
Fashion designer Giambattista Valli likes to travel and it shows in him Roman flat. Eclectic for sure it is with a hint of Zen, some traditional country style, and even some hippie thrown in the mix too. He says he doesn’t shop, but just buys things that he likes.
And he certainly seems to like the rustic, streamlined, ethnic, and mid-century modern things. Some for everyone and it’s all mixed in a very cozy manner. I’m thinking if this flat was a city what would it be, and my answer just might be London or NY. Almost chaotic, yet so stylish – and lovable!
I always wonder how some people manage to build open staircases like this, or rather how they manage to get around the health and safely regulations and whatnots. The staircase looks fabulous, but I would not quite wish to have one until the kids can behave themselves better. Yet another “I can only dream feature” (but a very beautiful one though)…
