This geometric house in Tampa, Florida presented by Fresh Home is just stunning (not in Argentina as my source originally stated – thank you for Mr.Ricardes for correcting the facts personally!). It is not huge in size, but the design is very clever, and the details are interesting.  Add to it green leafy environment and the whole package is a winner.

This house was designed by Argentinian architect Juan Carlos Ricardes, and what takes the dullness out of the design is the asymmetry he has introduced to it. The details certainly catch the eye – the recessed covered driveway, glass and steel countertops in the kitchen, dark wood panelling in the ceilings. There are so many elegant details there.

And best of all, because this house is not huge is size, it feels also cozy – a feature that is not so common in modern houses.
