amazing historic house for $1 – what’s the trick?

Would you buy this historic house for $1? Of course. Provided that you wanted to own a house in Glenview, Illinois. And that you had a money to buy land nearby and pay for the moving of the house. And then renovate it while preserving the historic features. I would still love to have it, but the trek across the nation is a bit long for me. Anyone else out there? Would hate to see this house being demolished!!!
