after the rain comes the bloom

The sun came out for a few minutes and we took an advantage of it and sprinted out of the door.

Mind you though – after seeing this sign on the trail we had to slow down a bit. The whole city trail seemed to be blooming with flowers of all kinds, and the little ditch was more like an overflowing little river with roaring rapids. Beautiful and relaxing!
